Covenant Insight
Zakar means to remember β but in Hebrew, to remember is not merely to recall mentally. It is to act on what you remember. When YAHUAH "remembered" Noah (Bereshit 8:1), He acted. When He "remembered" His covenant with Avraham (Shemot 2:24), He sent Moshe. The Moedim are called zikaron β they are built-in covenant memory, annual rehearsals so that YAHUAH's acts of redemption are never merely historical events but living realities in every generation. You do not only remember the exodus β you were there.
